Kenny provided great directions every time I left the building. This was wonderful. The rooftop pool gave me a refreshing break from the city heat. Filtered water in the room was a simple, appreciated touch.
I am not a coffee drinker, so I did miss having a tea option in my room.

I had breakfast at Jumpin Jacks on my last day. The food was yummy. The ambience was very nice and the services were really good. There are many places where you can choose from a variety of foods.

My room was very spacious, with very nice views. The shower was roomy and provided great views too. Comfortable bedding was provided, as well as a table with lounge chair and bench, giving the rooms a perfect romantic ambiance.

The staff texted me daily to see if they could assist me in any way. Restaurant recommendations and local massage bookings were made easily. Airport transport was organized without a hitch, giving me perfect peace of mind.

The breakfast service was substandard. Meals arrived cold both mornings. eggs seemed rubbery and bacon was overcooked. furthermore, the towels were subpar. They were thin and fraying. this is not what i expect from a hotel in this price range.
